95 dodge neon atx to mtx?

my 95 neon was an MTX to begin with, the owner had it switched to an automatic because she couldnt drive a stick. so now i have an auto. the neon still has the clutch bracket and even looks like some of the wires for the clutch. how hard is it to switch back to manual? price range?
