Hey cramps help please?

Hi im 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant ive got light cramps like period cramps but there not so painfull lol i also get a slight lower backache but its ok if i lye down its not all the time only now and then im already showing with a pot already so im guessing the weight is already hitting me im just woundering is my baby ok with those cramps is everything fine do they sound normal or should i see a doc??
