How to Get MLA Format in HTML?

Is there any way that I can use HTML code to create a page with MLA format (double-spaced, Times New Roman font, 12 point, 1 inch margins, 1/2 inch indent, pagination on the right top corner with Last name and pg #, and 1 1/2 indented block quotes)?
