HELP!!!!!! Advise on a boy!!!?

k so thrs a boy i rele lik & me n him hv made out a few times in such but he still likes his ex gf and has bn single cents they broke up but me n him get in fights(arguments) al the time and to day was my last day at my moms house for the rest of the summer and when i go 2 my dads i cnt vist any off my friends cuz he lives in a different town and my friend knew that i wouldnt b able to see him for a while so we made plans 2 go 2 the mall and he just didnt txt me bak wen i askd what time he wanted 2 meet up AND he had a party and didnt invite me but he did invite his ex (me n her hate eachother ..long story) so i guess the question is should i wait a little longer for him 2 get over his ex or should i just give up and b done with him bc iv waited long enough already
