Has this ever happened to you when you farted? :[?

Sometimes I will be farting very smoothly and all of a sudden I get this warm sensation in my panties. When I run to the restroom and look in it..it looks like there is something with the consistency and color of peanut er smeared neatly in a paste in my panties. OMG, Help! What is it and what can I do to stop this? :(
