Is the Phillies' success a little overhyped?

They are playing in the National league. Pitchers hit, which for the most part is an automatic out. AL is arguably the more dominant league. They are a great team, but when you face teams like the Nationals, Astros, Brewers, Rockies.. you are going to get a few wins...against marginal talent.
